Can I connect several multiple socket cubes in series?
It is generally not permitted to plug several multiple sockets into each other. This is also noted with a warning "do not plug in one after the other".
In which environments can I use the socket cube? Is it suitable for use in homes, offices or other indoor spaces?
This is exactly what the hugo! ONE was developed for, to equip all rooms with its appealing design as an energy distributor.
Can the socket cube also be used outdoors?
The charging connections of the socket cube comply with protection class IP20. There is no protection against foreign bodies or water getting into the product.
There is no reason why it should not be used outdoors.

What are the special features of the matt black design of the hugo! ONE?
You should treat the matt black surface with care in order to enjoy the design of the hugo! ONE for as long as possible.
As the earthing contact sockets can naturally show signs of wear more quickly, we use a more durable plastic to prevent scratches.
How does the touch switch on the socket cube work?
The touch switch is located on the underside of the hugo! ONE for aesthetic reasons. In the ON state, the switch lights up discreetly in white.
When power is restored (when the socket cube is connected to the mains), the switch automatically switches to the ON state.
Does the switch trigger the ON/OFF state when the socket cube is placed?
No, the touch switch on the hugo! ONE only reacts to physical contact.
Does the anti-slip rubber coating provide a stable grip on different surfaces?
The anti-slip rubber coating on the underside of the hugo! ONE holds reliably on various surfaces. Even when the cable is pulled, the hugo! ONE holds its position.
What kind of cable is used for the socket cube?
The hugo! ONE has a high-quality, 2m long connection cable (H05VV-F 3G1.5). The matted black cable blends in perfectly with the design of the socket cube.
Technology
How can I charge my end devices?
You can charge all wireless charging-capable end devices on your hugo! ONE via the charging pad with 10W charging power. You can also charge via two USB C 20W Power Delivery charging ports or via the two 230V safety sockets for the type F plug system.
Which end devices are compatible with the USB C Power Delivery ports of the socket cube?
Our USB C Power Delivery charging technology is state of the art. All current mobile devices are compatible.
Which devices are compatible with the wireless charger of the socket cube?
All common wireless charging-capable devices are compatible.
How does the charging power behave with USB C?
If the two USB C Power Delivery ports are used in parallel, the 20W charging power is distributed across the connected devices.
How do I ideally position my device on the wireless charger for optimum charging performance?
The correct alignment of the end devices is crucial for optimal charging via the wireless charging pad. To prevent heat build-up, end devices should lie flat on the charging pad, i.e. without being raised by the camera, for example.
Find out where the wireless charger is located in your end device and align it exactly with the position of the hugo!
It is also advisable to remove protective covers for optimum charging. There should be no metallic or electrically conductive objects between the end device and the wireless charger.
Am I protected from contact with electrical energy at the charging connections?
To ensure safety against unintentional access with electrical energy at the earthing contact sockets, the socket outlet cube has integrated, increased contact protection.
